Sarah Lüngen has been part of the music industry for more than ten years. She worked at unclesally*s magazine, as PR and marketing manager for Meltbooking, the German Rolling Stone or Virgin Records, among others. The graduate biologist worked on sustainability strategies for festivals such as Melt or Splash as early as 2012. In 2018, she started her own business under the name What Sarah Said and founded "The Changency - Agency for Sustainable Change" together with Katrin Wipper in 2021 to actively shape the transformation of the music industry. In addition to volunteering with Music Declares Emergency, she is active in the Sustainability Working Group of the Berlin Music Commission and takes care of CSR & Sustainability at Goodlive.
