Julia Wille has almost a decade of experience in People & Talent and has built up HR departments in various renowned companies and agencies with a focus on advertising, digital technology and the music and fashion industry. She has successfully supported locations during phases of growth, rebranding and talent development.

Julia currently works as Head of People & Talent for the popcultural powerhouse DOJO. Here she manages and supports the music companies A Million Entertainment GmbH, A Million Music GmbH and Electric Feel Publishing Europe GmbH, among others. In addition, she and her team manage the HR strategy of the creator agency Totally Mgmt GmbH, the creative agency DOJO Advertising GmbH, the sports agency DRAVT and the charitable foundation DOJO Cares.

Julia has also been working as a business coach since 2021 and supports managers and employees in their personal and professional development.
