Tina worked for over 20 years in leading positions in the music and event industry, including as Head of Booking at Karsten Jahnke Konzertagentur. Since her training as a coach and mediator over 10 years ago, her heart has been beating for personal and personnel development. After working as Director Human Resources for Live Nation GSA, Tina founded Hell Yeah Coaching with Attitude at the end of 2021 with a large number of national and international certifications under her belt.

In her coaching sessions, profiling and workshops, Tina supports private individuals, companies and especially founders in topics related to change management, leadership, conflict management and job transition. Tina is one of very few certified High Performance Coaches™, Master Coach and Tony Robbins Core Coach worldwide.
